On-site oversight from first day to final handover. Programme, quality, variations, payment reviews — all managed by a licenced professional.

I've also been on the homeowner's side — two residential renovations and a new build of my own. That experience gave me a clear picture of where the process breaks down: not because homeowners are doing anything wrong, but because there's a real gap between having a great renovation idea and having someone in your corner who knows how to deliver it.

Absolutely. The Reno Roadmap is a standalone product — you get full value from it regardless of what you decide next. If you choose to continue with EverBold, the $1,200 is credited toward your next phase. If you'd rather manage the rest yourself, the report gives you everything you need to do that confidently.

EverBold services the Scenic Rim LGA and surrounds — including Beaudesert, Boonah, Tamborine Mountain, Canungra, Rathdowney, and adjacent areas in Logan and Ipswich. A travel surcharge applies for sites beyond 45 minutes from our base.

When you hire a builder, their project management is included in their margin — typically 15–20% of the build cost — and their primary obligation is to their own business, not yours. EverBold works exclusively for you. Our fee is transparent, our advice is independent, and our job is to get you the best outcome on your renovation — not to protect a builder's margin.

Yes. Reno Ready is designed for exactly this situation — handling all the pre-construction work properly (design coordination, selections, scope of works, quote review) so your builder can start with everything resolved. We can also provide independent oversight during construction without replacing your builder relationship.

The Reno Roadmap suits any property at any scale. For Reno Ready and Reno Complete, a minimum fee applies — get in touch and we'll let you know if your project is a good fit and what it would cost.
