EverBold services the Scenic Rim LGA and surrounds — including Beaudesert, Boonah, Tamborine Mountain, Canungra, Rathdowney, and adjacent areas in Logan and Ipswich. A travel surcharge applies for sites beyond 45 minutes from our base.
When you hire a builder, their project management is included in their margin — typically 15–20% of the build cost — and their primary obligation is to their own business, not yours. EverBold works exclusively for you. Our fee is transparent, our advice is independent, and our job is to get you the best outcome on your renovation — not to protect a builder's margin.
